Elder Andrew Jackson “Andy” Hylton (1922-1994) was the pastor of Blue Ridge Primitive Baptist Church in Willis. After retiring from the Willis Post Office, he spent many hours on woodworking projects, building tables, chests, desks, and clocks in addition to smaller projects such as candleholders.
