Description
These matching quilt blocks feature bouquets of pansies embroidered on 11 1/2 inch squares that are turned on point and surrounded by scrap materials pieced together to form the blocks. Wool thread was used to create the satin stitch pansies, and feather stitching embellished with straight stitches that covers the seams between fabric pieces. Red material used in the corners helps unify the pattern between blocks.
