Description
In excellent condition, this quilt is made of forty-two blocks pieced from a variety of red and blue prints unified by black sashing and white cornerstone pieces. It is tacked (or tied) with cotton thread every two inches. The initials “TJW” are embroidered along the bottom left side sashing using the same cotton thread and chain-stitching .
